ROSÉ IN SPRINGTIME MASTER CLASS

Master Class

Master Class | Saturday, March 23rd 4pm | North Atlantic Room | $80 inclusive of tax and gratuity

Spring is in the air.... which means Rosé is on our minds!

Rosé has taken the world by storm! As little as 15 years ago we barely gave it a second glance (outside of White Zin and Metus of course!). We are excited to learn why and how this light, crispy, flavorful, and friendly wine is putting smiles on the faces of everyone who partakes. The primary flavors in Rosé are red fruit, flowers, citrus, and melon, with a pleasant crunchy green flavor on the finish like celery or rhubarb. Of course, this all depends on the type of grapes and the wine regions where the grapes are grown. Learn about Rosé from France to Italy to Spain to California and beyond... All this with a bite of food from Executive Chef David Daniel’s to pair with the springtime.

Join Wine Expert Dan Michaud for this engaging masterclass on this beloved wine that makes us all ask for "ROSÉ ALL DAY!"
