Hunger is affecting everyone and The Greater Boston Food Bank is here to help. GBFB is the largest hunger-relief organization in New England and among the largest food banks in the country. About 1 in 3 people are in need throughout Massachusetts according to GBFB’s research. GBFB is feeding people in 190 communities across Eastern Massachusetts by distributing the equivalent of nearly 90 million healthy meals per year through a network of 600 community partners.
Food is Love
At Wine & Food Festival events, we know you’ve heard someone exclaim the phrase “I LOVE ________” with a favorite wine or dish from that event’s menu filling in the blank. At the Greater Boston Food Bank, we love food and we know that people often show love with food. Ending hunger here goes beyond the nutritious meals our network provides, which fill bellies.
