Allie Mansfield joined the Ruby Wines team in November of 2023. She comes to them after having worked as the National Vice President of Sales for Taub Family Selections, representing a vast global portfolio, ranging from icons like Chateau Lafite Rothschild to the Alsatian powerhouse of Maison Trimbach. Today, she concentrates on restaurants for Ruby Wines with a hyper focus on their luxury portfolios, as well as development, and education for their team of specialists. Food and wine is a passion she grew up with, coming from a family of wine importers and restauranteurs. To her, the food and beverage space is one that breeds curiosity, passion, and creativity, as well as a place for connection and endless learning.
