Guided by the vision of their founders, each stage of the winemaking process from tasting berries to careful sorting and extended aging in new French oak barrels receive meticulous consideration and attention.
The dinner will begin with a Champagne reception and will feature a ten-year retrospective featuring five wines back to 2009, each vintage wine served in magnum. This four-course dinner created by Boston Harbor Executive Chef, David Daniels is one not to miss!
