Following graduation from the Viticulture and Enology program at University of California, Davis, Andrew served as enologist with MacRostie Winery in Carneros. He then was appointed assistant winemaker at Pellegrini Family Vineyards in the Russian River Valley before moving to the Napa Valley, becoming assistant winemaker at Nickel & Nickel. When EnRoute was established in 2007, Andrew was the natural choice for winemaker, given his background in Russian River Pinot Noir. He oversaw EnRoute winemaking for 10 years before stepping into the Director of Winemaking role for all five wineries in the Far Niente Family of Wineries and Vineyards, and ultimately being promoted to Vice President of Winemaking in 2020.
